Great location, friendly and helpful staff, upgraded room with kitchen utensils, excellent view from balcony, free Joker cards for activities.

Excellent stay - very nice stuff, very good location, the apartment was spacious with a nice view, facilities for bikes with water for cleaning them after mountain trips, so all in all nothing to complain about!

Excellent hotel! Only a 5 minute walk from the ski lifts and from the town centre, and yet in a quiet location so we slept very well at night. The rooms were comfortable, with good quality beds. Great food too, every night we could choose from three different menus, one always vegetarian. The saunas and warm outdoor pool were fantastic after a day of snowboarding. But the best thing about this hotel is surely the personal and warm style: the owners and staff are so welcoming and friendly, that we immediately felt at home. We will come back here for sure.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean, and the facilities such as the pool and sauna were great. The breakfast was also very good.

The hotel was located near the ski lifts and shopping areas. The staff was helpful and accommodating, with excellent hospitality. the spa and sauna facilities were enjoyable after a long day of skiing.

The heating in the room was inadequate and there were no options to dry clothes or gloves after skiing. Some kitchen essentials were missing, and the beds were not the most comfortable.

Great activities nearby and excellent mountain views from the balcony. The room was upgraded from double to apartment style and we received a free Joker card which gave access to multiple entertainment options. The staff was very kind and helpful throughout.

The bed was not comfortable and the mattress was too soft, which made sitting or sleeping uncomfortable. The bathroom would benefit from some upgrades, as it felt outdated.

Our stay in the ski resort was a great experience, with a location close to the ski cables, providing easy access to mountain activities. The rooms were clean and furnished to a high standard, with accommodating staff helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was excellent, offering both self-service and hot items. Facilities such as heated pools, a sauna and outdoor lounges also helped to make the stay enjoyable.

Some beds can be uncomfortable, described as twin connected mattresses making some guests experience a sinking feeling when sitting or lying down.
